The Waugh Family Farms produce fresh, tasty fruits and vegetables picked daily, from their farm to your table. Along with 60 other local producers, Farmer and Sun Local Marketplace showcases the best the region has to offer.
Macadamias, honey, limes, herbs, cheese, yoghurt, coconut oil, coconut milk, pasta, pestos and sauces, gluten free products, grains and flour, sugars and salts, herbs and spices. Coffee and Teas, jams and preserves, organic chocolate and salty snacks. Natural cleaners, shampoos, conditioners, skin care and soaps.

We pick fresh from our farms every morning, as well as receiving new stock from other local farms daily.

Grocery Lines
Our grocery lines are constantly changing and evolving as our customers request new items.
As better quality and locally produced stock becomes available, we try it out to see what our customers think of it. If it’s good and sells well we keep it, if the feedback is poor, we look for better alternatives. This has been especially evident with our gluten free range; the products being made now are tastier and with a greater selection available.
Our staff are very friendly and approachable and have great background knowledge on product information and the health benefits associated with them.

Our Range
Farmer and Sun now support over 60 local producers and growers within the Gympie Region. This is shown by the signs attached to the goods in store, marking how many kilometers the item has travelled to be on the shelf.
The grocery lines they stock have increased due to customer demand for better quality products for their family. More people each year are moving away from the chain stores and shopping locally, looking for ethically sourced healthy options.
